This patient had very large older restorations that were starting to show signs of deterioration. This patient has always had fillings in the front teeth and over time they were getting bigger. She was not interested in having white teeth; and wanted a very natural looking smile. We changed the shape slightly and corrected any misalignment. The patient was extremely happy the teeth look very natural but with no more imperfections. All these crowns were designed on the E4D Plan Meca Fit system. This is the cad cam system we have in our office.
